Have you ever woken up from sleep and questioned what is my calling? Why am I here? And what is the purpose of this life? Well, don’t worry you are not alone. I think many of us on the path of finding our own destiny, have this ongoing dilemma within us. The world wants us to run crazily after something which will not bring inner happiness. However, the moment we allow ourselves to hear the voice within and surrender, we will become the instruments in the divine hand. Some call this blind faith but I call it the conviction and trust. There is a vision in all of our lives, that imagination cannot hold and only our inner voice can answer that. To have this conviction, we must quiet the chatter mind and go within for the answer.

Life will hit us hard at times but when the hope is lost, it will be hard to climb back up. People often take failures and get dejected right away. Remember, when you walk

closer and closer facing the life, that’s when you are nearing the bright burning sun with courage. I often feel, when there is a hurdle to jump it’s like passing an examination that life wants to give. However, the omnipresent God will not leave his devotee hanging at the edge. Even walking the CN Tower edge walk have become easy because we know the rope that we are tied to will not let us down. Likewise, trust in your abilities and have the faith in life. God wants all of us to climb back up and face life with courage.

When things don’t manifest to our liking people want to run away. I feel that, this is the point one should look back and see how far they have reached. It is the opportunity for us to try it second time but more wisely. Have you heard the phrase, “Failures are pillars of

success?” Each time we have the ability to try it new, with new perspective. Some are fearful of trying it again because they think it is difficult. However, being fearful of something is nothing more than an obstacle that is in between your progress. If you look at most successful people in the world, they have fallen but that did not stop them from climbing the ladder.

Ask yourself, am I liking what I do? Let the

divine take over your life and surrender whole heartedly. Trust, that all is well and live your calling. I never imagined that I will start writing but this all began due to my friend, who gave me the courage to start it. It was during my visit to Toronto, while driving back from dinner she urged me to start my passion of writing. Fear was blocking my way for two months however, I surrendered at the lotus feet and began my writing with passion.

When you live your calling, you will do it with passion.
